Cancellation & refund policy

Tournament registrations

Each organizer sets the rules for tournament registration, cancellation and refund. Check the tournament details and contact the organizer using the listed Call or WhatsApp option before registering. PlaySta does not decide event-level refunds unless it is specifically identified as the payment recipient.

Organization verification

The verification price, billing period and refund policy are shown before payment. Payment starts a verification review and does not guarantee approval. Where a refund is permitted under the order policy, an organizer may request it from the organizer portal. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where supported.

Subscriptions and renewal

Verification renewal is paid manually. PlaySta does not automatically debit your account. Cancelling a renewal request before payment does not create a charge.

How to request help

Email maahirasoftware@gmail.com with the order reference, account email and a short description. Do not include card, UPI PIN or banking passwords. We may retain transaction records where required to handle disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
