PlaySta is operated by MAA HIRA SOFTWARE.
Information we process
Organizer accounts use an email address, account credentials, organization details, contact information, verification documents and payment records. Tournament names, venues, dates, rules and any public contact number supplied by the organizer are displayed publicly after approval.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, review organizations, publish tournaments, process verification payments and refunds, and investigate account activity. Verification documents are private and available only to the submitting organization and authorized reviewers.
Services and storage
Supabase provides authentication, database and document storage. Vercel hosts the web service. ZapUPI processes verification payments. Your bank or payment provider handles payment authorization; PlaySta does not collect your UPI PIN.
Browser storage
Account portals use cookies for sign-in sessions. Events saved on this device use browser local storage and are not synchronized to an account. You can clear these using your browser settings.
Your information
You can update organization contact details in Settings. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of other account information. Payment and audit records may need to be retained to resolve outstanding transactions and disputes.
